Fundraising Event Northampton
Fishing For Forces are very privileged to have as sponsors Lord and Lady Brassey of The Manor House Apethorpe, Northampton.
Lady Brassey has most generously organised a fundraising pleasure walk on Saturday the 23rd April from 10.30am until 3.00pm through the glorious woodland garden of their estate with a glass of wine and canapés included. The floral display of daffodils that lit the meadow is gently fading to be replaced by a number of other blooms with the lake and wildlife adding to the peace and tranquillity of this gem in the Northampton countryside. Lady Brassey is also selling a number of exquisite items of glass and porcelain from her personal collection gathered over a number of years.
Entry is via the Garden Entrance and there is also a raffle for some substantial prizes with tickets a mere £5.00 upon entry with the proceeds in aid of Fishing For Forces helping to take more of our veterans to the waterside.
